I contact companies that match to my clients’ criteria and take appointments
from their management for my clients.
After I schedule a certain number
of appointments, my client comes to Turkey and meets with the companies.
I take client’s approval on my contact list before approaching any
Turkish company. This way the client knows exactly which companies I contact on
his behalf.
I send detailed weekly reports to my client illustrating the
action taken for and current level of communication with each company.
My first time contacts with targeted Turkish companies are always on
phone. Then, I visit each target and make a presentation of my client. After
that I take an appointment from the target company’s management for my client.
My presentation includes a basic introduction of my client and his
purpose in contacting the target. Detailed negotiations take place during the
target’s meeting with my client.
I escort my client during the meetings
and his visit to Istanbul. I undertake Turkish-English and English-Turkish
interpretation if needed. I also can add an interpreter from Turkish to any
other language upon client’s request.
Apart from the target companies’
offices, the meetings can take place in client’s exhibition stand or in a
meeting room arranged for the client. It is possible to arrange more than one
meeting with the same target in different locations.
I can bring target
companies to exhibitions organized in the countries around Turkey, provided the
travel and accommodation costs are covered by the client.
Upon request I
can produce presentations or marketing literature in Turkish.Print production
services regarding these materials are also provided.
A travel schedule
including city tours, cultural tours or similar activities can be arranged for
clients upon request.
Besides Istanbul, I bring my clients together with
Turkish companies in industrial cities such as Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Antep,
Bursa, Corum, Izmir, Kayseri, Konya, Kocaeli and Trabzon
I am paid for
results not for service. My fee is based on the meetings that have been
realized.
On the situation that the client reaches his desired outcome,
I receive a consultant’s fee from the first contract signed with the target
company. The amount of consultant’s fee is decided with the client before the
work starts and is stated in the service contract I sign with the client.
